Scope & intake
Define the aircraft, the question, and the records or condition available for review. The scope limits what the deliverable can and cannot answer.
Step 02
Gather records, photos, and observed condition
Assemble logbooks, work orders, photos, borescope or compression data, and any on-site observations into a single source-referenced working set.
Step 03
Separate facts, assumptions, and unknowns
Each finding is tied to its source. Assumptions are stated openly, and open questions are reported explicitly so the client knows what the evidence does not yet support.
Step 04
Deliver the written product
Opinion letter, observed-condition package, or maintenance planning matrix formatted for the decision at hand — findings, basis, limitations, and next steps included.
