What this notice covers
Information you submit through the intake form on this website and through email correspondence with the firm. It does not cover information exchanged inside a signed engagement, which is governed by that engagement.
What we collect from the intake form
The name, business or affiliation, email, phone, and location you provide; the request type, aircraft description you choose to include, and free-text message; a public reference identifier we generate for your submission; the timestamp of your consent acknowledgment; and technical metadata such as a hashed IP and user agent used only for abuse prevention. We do not solicit sensitive aircraft records, logbooks, or personally identifying financial information through the public form. Please do not submit them there.
How we use it
To evaluate your inquiry, determine whether we are willing and able to offer a scope, and reply. Information is reviewed by Tyler Thomas and is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising. Limited infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) process the data on our behalf under their own terms.
Retention
Inquiries are retained while they remain useful to answer, follow up, or reconcile a subsequent engagement, and are removed or anonymized when no longer needed. If you want your inquiry deleted, email the address above and reference your public intake ID.
Your requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email tyler@redrockaeroservices.com. We will respond as soon as practical after review.
Security
The intake form uses server-side validation, transport encryption, and access controls. Only authorized administrators can read submissions. No online system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and no representation of certification, audit, or regulatory compliance is made on this page.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies and comparable technologies only as needed to operate authentication for the client portal and to keep the site functioning. No third-party advertising trackers are added to public marketing pages by default.
Children
The website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this notice. Meaningful changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
