Aircraft Acquisition

A prebuy should be more than a walkthrough.

A proper aircraft acquisition evaluation gives the buyer a defensible technical basis before funds, escrow, insurance, ferry planning, or repair negotiations move forward.

Pre-Buy Records Intelligence

Know where to look before the inspection begins.

Records first. Inspection second. A remote-first review of the aircraft's available maintenance history — performed before the physical pre-buy — that converts documented patterns, repairs, and unresolved questions into an Inspection Targeting Brief for your chosen mechanic or inspection facility.

  • Identifies recurring discrepancies, gaps, and prior repair signals before the aircraft is inspected.
  • Produces aircraft-specific inspection targets for the pre-buy mechanic or facility.
  • May be purchased independently or paired with a Red Rock Aero pre-purchase evaluation.
  • Compatible with any qualified inspecting mechanic selected by the buyer.

Scope

The Aircraft Acquisition Evaluation is a voluntary condition evaluation prepared for buyer decision support. It is not an annual inspection, 100-hour inspection, conformity inspection, airworthiness determination, or approval for return to service. Each physical evaluation is scoped individually and is subject to authority, competence, approved and current data, tooling and facilities, insurance, and availability. The inspecting mechanic or facility performing any hands-on work is selected by the buyer.

To request scope and availability

Send aircraft make/model, registration if known, location, records availability, purchase timeline, and broker/seller contact details. A scoped quote follows the intake review.
